We offer free shipping on orders above RM 99 (West Malaysia) and RM 180 (East Malaysia).

How long does delivery take? How can I track my order?

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive the parcel. What should I do?
Please check around your delivery address (mailbox/porch), and confirm with household members, your building management, or neighbors.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 1 days with your order number and tracking details. We’ll assist by checking with the courier as soon as possible.
