Q: How to successfully place an order on our site?

To Place orders:-

Step 1:

Select Color and Size then click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

 

Step 2:

Click “View Cart” to proceed to check your e-basket.

If you have a coupon, key in your code at “Coupon Code” field then click “Apply Coupon”

 

Step 3:

Click “Proceed To Checkout” proceed to Delivery Method

 

Step 4:

Under “Billing Details” to Key in your shipping address, recipient’s address, and contact information

Select payment method and tick (I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *)

 

Step 5:

Click Place Order and done!

 

Q: What are the payment methods available?

  • AVIVA Active offers various kind of Payment Methods as what iPay88 and Upay payment gateway offers.

 

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

  • Yes, only if the order is still on pending status or yet to be shipped out by us.
  • Please send an email to our customer service email at info@avivaactive.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.

 

Q: What is the product’s transaction currency?

  • All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit / MYR / RM.

 

Q: All items are ready stock?

  • Yes, all are ready stock and it ships from Kuala Lumpur.

 

Q: Can I exchange the size if the size doesn’t fit me well?
